Arlen Papazian is an intellectual property litigator for our DG Key IP Group. Working as an integral part of the intellectual property team, Mr. Papazian appears before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, Trademark Trial and Appeals Board and various District Courts. He’s a strategic thinker and that, no doubt contributes to the great success of our intellectual property practice. In addition, Arlen worked as a Patent Examiner Extern in the summer of 2016 and underwent abridged Patent Examiner training. The perspective is of great value to our clients.

His undergrad was spent at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, studying biology, doing sketch comedy and heading up recruitment for his fraternity. Then it was off to law school at William & Mary with some of that time studying abroad in their Legal Practice Program in Madrid, Spain. He wrote for law review, was Vice President of the Student Bar Association and was a Legal Research Assistant. Mr. Papazian has intermediate language skills in both Spanish and Armenian.
