Designing office environments to encourage innovation and collaboration among your employees has become the latest trend.

New designs for office spaces may range from bunk-bed type nooks for privacy to breakout spaces for group debate – all geared toward boosting productivity.  Yet, in designing the perfect office space to impress clients and be a fun place to work there are a number of legal issues you need to take into consideration, according to comments by DiMuroGinsberg partner, Jonathan R.
