Alexandria, VA --- (December 1, 2006) --- DiMuroGinsberg is pleased to announce that two of its partners, Bernard J. DiMuro and Nina J. Ginsberg have been named Washington's Legal Elite by Virginia Business magazine.

Mr. DiMuro is recognized this year for his expertise in Civil Litigation. This is his fourth inclusion to the magazine's "Legal Elite." In 2000 he was honored for his work in Labor and Employment Law and in 2002 and 2005 for his work in Civil Litigation. Mr. DiMuro has more than 27 years experience as a trial attorney and has litigated more than 175 cases. Mr. DiMuro and his colleagues were also finalists this year for The Trial Lawyers for Public Justice 2006 "Trial Lawyer of the Year Award." He is a well-known authority on Professional Liability and Ethics and was elected President of the Virginia State Bar in 2002. Mr. DiMuro also served Virginia as a delegate to the American Bar Association from 2000 to 2003.

Ms. Ginsberg is recognized for her expertise in Criminal Law. Ms. Ginsberg's practice concentrates on complex criminal trial and appellate litigation. She was named one of Washington's Top 75 lawyers by Washingtonian magazine in 2002 and has received the Presidential Commendation Award from the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers four times. Ms. Ginsberg is an Adjunct Professor at the George Washington University Law School and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Criminal Law Advocacy Reporter.
