to injure, interference with business and breach of restrictive
covenant, and the successful defense of a Fortune 500 biomedical
device manufacturer against a $30M claim for misappropriation
of trade secrets, interference with business and conspiracy
to interfere.

Nina J. Ginsberg, a founding
partner with over 30 years experience, is a nationally recognized
criminal defense litigator. The federal court has appointed
Ms. Ginsberg as defense counsel on many of the recent espionage
cases.
Jonathan R. Mook, a founding partner
with more than 25 years experience, is a nationally recognized authority
in employment law, particularly the Americans with Disabilities
Act.
John M. Tran, a former Special Assistant
United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia,
has more than 20 years experience in the litigation of complex
criminal and civil cases.
Michael E. Barnsback, a former
pro se law clerk for the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Virginia, has more than 15 years of litigation
experience and has tried cases in both federal and state circuit
courts in Virginia.
Stephen L. Neal, Jr., formerly of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips in Washington, D.C., is a highly skilled litigator whose practice primarily focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation. He brings a broad range of experience to DiMuroGinsberg along with an outstanding record of successful outcomes in state, federal and appellate courts, and arbitration panels.
Hillary J. Collyer, a former law
clerk at the Department of Justice, represents clients in the
areas of employment law and civil and commercial litigation.
Stacey L Rose, the firm’s newest associate, is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s School of Law and a summa cum laude graduate of Furman University. Ms. Rose is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
Stephen J. Stine, a former member of the Office of Staff Counsel for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, focuses his practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation.
Michael S. Lieberman provides of counsel services to DiMuroGinsberg. His practice includes the successful litigation of numerous complex civil and criminal matters with a particular emphasis in the federal and state appellate court system. In 1996 Mr. Lieberman received a Public Justice Achievement Award from the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice.
C. Thomas Hicks III provides of counsel services to the firm with the benefit of nearly thirty years business practice experience in Northern Virginia, where he has earned a reputation for excellence and leadership. Mr. Hicks’ has concentrated in representing clients in business organization, capital and debt financing, lending, general business company governance, employment, executive compensation and wealth planning, among other areas.
Ford C. Ladd performs of counsel services to DiMuroGinsberg. He has 18 years in private practice specializing in Securities, Corporate Governance, Tax, Commercial Transactions, Commercial Litigation, Wealth Preservation and Aviation. He is a former Trial Attorney with the Aviation and Admiralty Litigation Section of the U.S. Department of Justice and has defended the United States and the Commonwealth of Canada in Federal Tort Claims Act and other aviation-related actions. Mr. Ladd brings strong backgrounds in finance, business, and engineering to better present complex technical matters in negotiations and at trial.
