Michael S. Lieberman
MICHAEL S. LIEBERMAN, is a founding partner of the firm and currently of-counsel to DiMuroGinsberg. Mr. Lieberman has more than 25 years experience in the litigation of criminal and civil matters with particular emphasis on employment law, complex commercial cases, and malpractice matters. Mr. Lieberman is particularly experienced in the preparation and presentation of oral arguments in the federal and state appellate courts.
Mr. Lieberman was formerly associated with Zwerling, Mark, Ginsberg and Lieberman, also of Alexandria, Virginia. It was there that he honed his skills as a criminal litigator concentrating mostly on constitutional claims.
Mr. Lieberman received a Public Justice Achievement Award in 1995 from the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. In conjunction with the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, Mr. Lieberman successfully represented a client suffering from multiple chemical sensitivity syndrome. He co-authored the article “Multiple Chemical Sensitivity: An Emerging Area of Law” for the July 1995 issue of Trial magazine.
