$3 million arbitration award upheld by D.C. Court of Appeals
On April 5, 2010, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals affirmed an arbitration award of $2,634,448 in damages and $552,581 in attorney fees that Ben DiMuro and Michael Barnsback of DiMuroGinsberg, P.C. obtained for their client Employers Council on Flexible Compensation against their former management company, Radnor, Inc. In the arbitration proceeding, DiMuroGinsberg was also able to completely defeat a $2,400,000 counterclaim filed against its client by Radnor. DiMuroGinsberg also obtained a dismissal against ECFC and its Board members in a suit filed by Radnor in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia.
